Shipping Policy

Delivery area: We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of confirmed purchase. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery time: Standard delivery: 5–12 working days after dispatch.

Shipping cost: Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as weather conditions, customs, or disruptions by the courier. In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively contact you.

Undelivered parcels: If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate the matter with the courier.
